I’ve spent years working inside the EU ecosystem — close to the institutions, and close to the people trying to build careers within them. Over time, one pattern kept repeating itself: talented, motivated candidates falling short in EPSO competitions — not for lack of ability, but for lack of good preparation.
I started helping friends and colleagues on a personal level. Understanding how they learned. Working through what actually made the difference. And one by one, they passed.
That experience raised an uncomfortable question. If the right preparation approach was this effective, why was it so hard to find at a reasonable price? The established providers offered extensive platforms — but at prices that quietly excluded a significant portion of candidates. That struck me as a problem, both for individuals and for the EU itself.
Prepari was the answer to that question.
We launched deliberately and carefully, with a focused set of high-quality materials for the AD5 Generalist competition — the tests candidates actually need, built to a standard that reflects what the real exam demands. Priced to be accessible without ever feeling like a compromise.
